What is LITEON+?

LITEON+ is LITEON global program and a platform supporting startups driving innovation. We are passionate about fueling innovation and creating new possibilities for startups to turn their ideas into reality and drive positive change in the world.

What kind of startups are suitable for LITEON+?

We are looking for startups with proven track records. Any fields are welcome, but we are highly interested in sustainability, clean energy, and green technology.

What is the LITEON+ program?

We no longer run a traditional accelerator but customize the programs to fit each startup's needs, and it will include but not be limited to:

Strategic guidance – We will work with you to set clear business goals and identify areas where LITEON and the business partners can support the company.
Networked expertise – As well as internal support, we will work with you to identify individuals and partners within our global network that can be helpful in achieving your objectives.
Go-to-Market Support – Help you expand your product globally and identify new markets.
Product Support – Access to tech support from our R&D resources and the potential for early access to new product, POC and MVP.
Fundraising support – We can advise on your future fundraising, make introductions to investors, and raise visibility through investor related events.

How do I apply to LITEON+ and how does the application process work?

LITEON+ plans to launch 2024 program application form in June 2024. Please fill out the application form using the link we provide at that time.

I don't have a company, just an idea or maybe a half-built prototype, can I apply?

We appreciate your vision, but for this initiative, we prioritize startups with an established entity and proven track record. Once you've reached those milestones, we will be happy to collaborate with you.

I'm a single founder. Can I apply by myself, or do you only accept teams?

While we appreciate the passion and determination of solo founders, we currently tend to support startups that have already assembled a stable core team to ensure long-term sustainable growth.

Can I apply if our company or founders are not from Taiwan? Can you help with Visa/immigration issues?

Sure! International applicants are welcome. While we might not directly handle Visa/immigration issues, we can offer guidance or recommendations.

How much funding does the LITEON+ program provide?

The final amount is dependent on the stage and scale of the startup. In addition to the investment each company gains access to the LITEON+ program of support.

What languages are content delivered in for LITEON+ programs?

The primary languages that we use in verbal and written communications during all accelerator programs are English or Chinese depending on your preference.

Does LITEON+ provide housing?

No, LITEON+ does not provide housing. Our support focuses on offering office space for your work. If you need assistance or recommendations regarding housing, we're happy to help guide you in finding suitable accommodations.

Do I have to work out of the LITEON+ X Site office?

LITEON+ is not a location-based program so there is no requirement for you to work from the X site.

Do I have to stay local when the program ends?

No, you're not required to stay local when the program ends. However, if you plan to extend your stay or have specific needs, please inform us so that we can assist accordingly.
